Playful 1930's Blue Dotted Swiss Voile Dress. Baby blue with tiny white polka dots. Four pleats down the front. Beautiful floral lace trim along the sleeves. Can be worn belted or loose, looks fabulous either way! Slightly see thru. Shown with white belt, but its not included.
